Spirit Arrows are potent shamanic devices made from grapevine, quartz, sinew and feathers. They are made to focus energy and intention. The first part of the workshop is choosing the arrow that you’ll take home. The second part of the workshop will be learning to use it.\u00a0 You\u00a0 can use them to set protections, cut cords, delineate sacred space and much more.<\/p>\n
